Why are we consulting?
Carmarthenshire County Council are required to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed development of a closed circuit cycling track at Pembrey Country Park.
Carmarthenshire County Council is intending to apply for planning permission, for the following development:
Proposed development of a closed circuit cycling track at Pembrey Country Park, Carmarthenshire.
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
How to get involved
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this proposed development must do so by the 31st December 2017. Consultees are encouraged to submit representations via e-mail to email@example.com or via the online survey.

Upon the completion of the consultation all responses will be collated and summarised with appropriate actions/observations and included in the final Pre-Application Consultation report which will form part of the subsequent planning submission.
All relevant documents are attached and hard copies of all relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents will be available for inspection at Llanelli Library, Vaughan Street, Llanelli, SA15 3AS for a period of 31 days starting on 1st December 2017 to 31st December 2017 where consultees will be invited to provide comment.
Llanelli Library is open between the hours of 9am - 7pm Monday and Thursday, 9am – 6pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and 9am -5pm on Saturday. The library is closed on Sundays.
